Project proposals are being accpeted for inclusion in the 2021-2022 CEDS Update
Heber Community Center

Under 12-CDBG-8394, granted by the California Department of Housing and Community Development through its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, ICCED was awarded set-aside funding for improvements to the Heber Community Center. This project consists of demolishing the current facility and replacing it with a pre-engineered building as well as constructing boxing ring, basketball court, and parking area. As this project was granted as a minor project, the County has agreed to commit the remaining funds needed to complete the project should additional funding not be available.
